Use a paper hole puncher to make 4 holes on the top in the middle of the reinforced flap.

Thread a rope through and tie a large knot at the end and do the same with the other end of the rope. Make sure that the knot is inside the bag.

Now all you need to do is to put some gift items and candy inside the bags and hang them on the Christmas tree.
