You will need to download the A4 PDF templates of this lesson to make paper beads. If you are using US paper format (Letter), You need to adjust your printer output to a smaller percentage. Try between 95% to 90%.

You can use either template to cut out your paper strips or you can use both for different sizes. Metallic wrapping paper is an ideal material for this project.

Use a large leather craft needle and start at the widest end of the strip to roll tightly onto it. You need to smear some glue on the strip before rolling it round the needle.

Glue the end bit of the strip with a bit more adhesive. Now pull the needle out and you should have an olive shaped paper bead. Carry on to roll the the rest of the strips in the same way.
