Put your card back into the paper slot/tray after you have printed the front cover. You can print the file directly from Acrobat Reader. For the best result: use good quality inkjet A5 cards, set your printer to the best quality, highest resolution and maximum print area.

If you use US paper format (half Letter), You need to adjust your printer output to a smaller percentage. Try between 95% to 90%.
