The Secret of the Trick

Before your performance put your hands on the table and turn your left hand anticlockwise in a full circle till the fingers of both hands are facing each other. Pull the left sleeve to make an elbow impression. When you perform the trick, just turn your arm back to its normal position. The audience will be totally amazed.

Wear a thick jumper or jacket to hide your elbow. Pull your face and put on a big act by yelling while turning your arm with a lot of effort. Make your audience to think that this is a very difficult and painful task. You can make the trick even more impressive if you can produce some clicking noise while your are turning your arm. However, you'll need to practise making the noise with your throat while closing your mouth.
